The Time Machine goes all the way back to 1860.

Justin Johnson and some friends created the incredibly useful YouTube Time Machine, which allows you to sort through tons of YouTube videos, enabling you to see events specifically from 1913 or 1947 or 2008. The great idea was hatched in a Brooklyn bar named the Alligator Lounge and sketched out on the back of a napkin.
